We move air cargo out of our five origin warehouses across South China (Shenzhen / Guangzhou) and East China (Yiwu / Ningbo / Shanghai), departing from SZX / CAN / HKG or PVG / HGH / SHA.
- Air-express — air main-leg + courier last-mile (UPS / FEDEX). The default for FBA replenishment, ASIN restock, and DTC fulfillment to the door.
- Air-trucking — air main-leg + trucking last-mile. For palletized cargo, B2B distribution, and parcels heading to fulfillment centres for break-down.

- Commercial courier — door-to-door small-parcel (DHL / UPS / FedEx / EMS) for shipments at or below 45 kg where speed beats consolidation.

Chargeable weight is calculated at 1 CBM = 167 kg (volumetric) or L × W × H in cm ÷ 6000 (palletized / boxed) — we bill on the higher of gross or chargeable. We accept general cargo, low-risk dangerous goods, and lithium-included shipments by case, assessed on commodity name plus MSDS.

- Air freight · airport-to-airport — 6–8 calendar days to US airports for customers self-collecting at the destination warehouse, or arranging onward trucking on their side.
China → Canada
Air-express · DDP through dual gateway entry — Vancouver (YVR) for West, Toronto (YYZ) for East. All provinces covered in 7–10 business days with courier last-mile. Year-to-date on-time performance: 93.2%.

FAQ
Typically 7 days from issue, with the main-leg portion subject to airline GRA (general rate adjustments) and fuel surcharge updates that publish on short notice. Once cargo is in our warehouse, the quoted rate is locked through booking. Quotes for shipments still in production are re-validated at booking. (Ocean-side quotes hold longer — typically 15–30 days — because base rates publish less frequently.)
Pick air when (a) you’re restocking against a sell-through window measured in weeks, not months — FBA replenishment, ASIN restock, DTC product launches; (b) your unit economics can absorb a higher freight cost per kg without breaking margin — generally electronics, apparel, accessories with several USD or more per kg of landed value; (c) ocean transit would arrive after a contracted retail window or after the peak-demand curve has rolled.
Both cover main-leg, destination clearance, duty / GST / VAT, and last-mile delivery. Air-express DDP is tariff-priced (single all-in number, no demurrage or detention exposure) and resolves transit delays at the airline level, not the terminal. Ocean DDP carries port-side variables — destination DO, terminal demurrage, container detention — that air doesn’t. Neither covers product compliance (FDA / FCC / CPSC etc.), IOR responsibility, or category-specific anti-dumping
Yes, by case. We screen lithium-ion and lithium-metal shipments against current IATA Lithium Battery Guidance — covering embedded, packed-with, and stand-alone configurations under PI 965–970. We confirm airline acceptance, UN3480 / UN3481 / UN3090 / UN3091 marking, and section IA / IB / II thresholds before quoting. Send commodity name, battery configuration, and MSDS; we reply with feasibility and any packaging requirements within 24 hours.
